COVID 19 Telephone and Online Counselling

TELEPHONE AND ONLINE COUNSELLING


Due to the recent situation regarding COVID 19 and the subsequent lockdown, I have increased the number of telephone counselling and online counselling sessions I have available.


How does online counselling work?


Skype Counselling –  You need to register with skype (I can provide information on this if you are unsure on how to do this) and you send me your skype address. We then arrange a convenient day and time to have our session. I will call you on at the arranged time and then our session can begin.

Telephone Counselling – I will call you at the time agreed by us both. I use Whatsapp mainly however if you do not have this application I can call you as normal. As with Skype sessions are 50 minutes and the number of sessions is agreed in the first session.


For either form of remote counselling you the client need to ensure you have a safe, comfortable and confidential place to take the session. Make sure that you will not be disturbed by anyone and you may like to make yourself a cup of tea prior to the start.
